Q. How far away is the campus from Bliss?
A. Less than 1 Kilometre
Q. What's included in my room booking?
A. We provide a fully furnished room complete with a TV that you can hook up your electronic devices to. All rooms have a queen size bed. All utilities are included in the cost of the room and garbage removal is done by the property manager. NOTE: LINENS AND LAUNDRY SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED.
Q. Do I get internet access with my booking?
A. Yes high-speed internet is available throughout the property and is included with the booking. We also have digital room locks so you don't have to worry about keys and a radiant floor heating system throughout to keep your toes warm on the cold days. Bliss may look like a quaint cottage, but under the hood it's all state of the art! :)
Q. How do I complete my booking?
A. Reservations must be done through the Bliss website and a deposit needs to be e-transferred to info@blissretreat.com The reservation amount is equal to 1 months rent for the given term being reserved. NOTE: YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL THE FULL DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Q. Can I do weekly bookings?
A. Generally the answer is no. We specialize in long term booking for full term students. However, you're welcome to get in touch to see if we have anything available and if so, we will try our best to accommodate.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Generally the answer to this question is no, however you are welcome to get in touch to discuss this and if we can accommodate we will.
Q. Can I have guests stay with me.
A. Temporary guests are permitted however this must be discussed with the owner and long term stays are not permitted. Max 1-2 nights. Limit to 1 extra guest per room.
